Your mobile information is never shared.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone for marketing. Not with lead generators. Not with data brokers. Not ever.

Text messages.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your application, appointments, check-ins, your program, and occasional promotions.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we collect.

From everyone: name, email, phone number, and general website activity (pages viewed, device type, IP address).

From the Full Picture Assessment™: your symptoms, health history, medications, supplements, hormonal and menstrual history, sleep, stress, digestion, training, and eating habits. The assessment does not collect photographs.

From coaching clients: intake and check-in details, body measurements, lab results, and progress photographs if you choose to send them.

Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it.

To evaluate your application, deliver your coaching, build your plans, communicate with you, process payments, and run our business.

We do not use your health information for anything else. We don't use it to train AI. We don't sell it. We don't give it to advertisers.

Who we share it with.

Only the companies that help us operate — Stripe (payments), CoachRX (client portal), Typeform (assessment), GoHighLevel (email and SMS), ManyChat (Instagram messages), Calendly (scheduling), GoDaddy (hosting), Google Workspace (documents), and Meta (advertising measurement only).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We never share your health information, lab results, assessment answers, or phone number with advertisers or marketers.

Cookies and Meta.

We use cookies so our site works and so we can see how visitors find us. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads — it records general page views only.

The Meta Pixel does not collect your health information, assessment answers, lab results, phone number, or SMS consent. It does not run on pages where health information is collected.

You can refuse cookies in your browser, or email us to opt out.

A note on HIPAA.

We are a health and wellness coaching business, not a healthcare provider. We do not bill insurance. HIPAA generally does not apply to the information you share with us. We still treat it as confidential and handle it with care.

How long we keep it.

• Health records and labs: 4 years after your coaching ends. California allows claims to be brought against us for that long, and these records show what we actually recommended — which protects you as much as us.
• Financial records: 7 years, as tax law requires.
• Progress photos: deleted whenever you ask.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email hello@lorenchapman.com and we'll honor it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Testimonials.

We will never use your photos, results, or words in our marketing without your separate written permission. Agreeing to this policy is not agreeing to be featured. You can say no, and it changes nothing about your coaching.

Security, age, and changes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Please don't send health information through social media DMs.

Our services are for adults 18 and older, located in the United States. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
